CRO & UX/UI Design Manager

As CRO & UX/UI Manager Paid Marketing you are responsible for the creation and optimisation of our paid marketing landing pages. Your primary goal is to improve conversion rates on our landing pages, with a data driven approach to design & testing. You will develop and optimize the process of A/B testing, conversion focused design and statistical analysis using a variety of industry leading tools, while ensuring all learnings are effectively shared across the organization. The application of your knowledge of conversion focused design and systematic approach to experimentation will drive margin for our paid marketing activities. Youʼll be responsible for managing and guiding the CRO & UX/UI Design team as part of the Growth Marketing team and will report into the Growth Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    • Own the CRO strategy and process, including identifying conversion opportunities, designing experiments, and implementing solutions.
    • Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel performance using tools like PostHog and Clarity
    • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and achieve campaign objectives using VWO
    • Continuously monitor performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

UX/UI Design:

    • Own and refine user-centered landing page designs and optimise our Figma design system together with our web design strategist prioritizing usability and conversion
    • Own the development of landing page wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand standards and performance goals.
    • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements and performance optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Work with marketing and frontend teams to ensure CRO and UX/UI efforts align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
    • Lead cross-functional brainstorming and strategy sessions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
    • Mentor and guide UX/UI designers and CRO specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven design.

Research & Innovation:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
    • Explore new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve optimization efforts and web design processes.

Are we a perfect match?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in CRO, UX/UI design, or a related role in a B2C marketing context.
    • Experience with coaching, project management and/or managing a small expert team
    • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and creating effective digital experiences.
    • Proficiency in CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and translating it into design and optimization solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
