Head of LeadGen

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Plan and execute effective strategies to attract and qualify new leads through both digital and traditional channels.

  • Lead and motivate a team of lead generation specialists, providing training and support to meet company objectives.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and customer needs.

  • Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies based on data.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in lead generation and introduce new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Plan and control the budget allocated to lead generation activities to maximize ROI.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • At least 5 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Experience in team management and training professionals.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
