Whether you’re renewing old client contracts or selling solutions to new clients, you’ll grow our client base by putting LEAP’s market leading software into the hands of more and more law firms worldwide. 

Our Business Development team are a dynamic group of sales professionals, who help attorneys invest in LEAP for their practice.  This LEAP intern position will be focused on supporting our Business Development Representative “BDR" team with the privotal task of data clean up which is essential for our long-term success.  

Given the market size and abundance of data in our system, thorough preparation is required for the BDR team to excel in their cold outreach efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all accounts meet specific criteria before outreach. 

As part of this position, you will report directly to the Head of BDR and provide daily assistance with these clean-up efforts. The role will be focused on, but not limited to, admin work specifically within our LEAP salesforce database. 

**This will be a remote internship opportunity, open to candidates within the US only.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Organize excel spreadsheets and help update fields within Salesforce. 
  • Proactively research law firm’s websites to uncover important firm set up details; area of law, number of users, background information, etc. 
  • Communicate directly with the Head of BDR 
  • Assist in other areas of the BDR team as needed. 
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce, is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • The duration of the internship is 3 months
  • Salary: $17 per hour
