Position Purpose / Objective

LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud-based legal practice management software for law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

 

We employ more than 600 people, have offices in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK with 65,000+ legal professionals using our software worldwide. We are seeking a Marketing Programs Director to join our highly motivated, high velocity, and highly creative marketing team.  

 

LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring, and support for you to be successful.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaign programs designed to meet overall company goals and enhance new business growth and customer engagement. You will work directly with various LEAP US department leaders and company partners along with marketing, content, and creative managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that will help LEAP grow its market share in the United States.   

You will join a team of 9 experienced marketers that enjoy sharing ideas, innovating, and are driven to be the best to reach their goals. And they have fun doing it!

Responsibilities

The Marketing Programs Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop marketing plans and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with company goals.

Oversee the company’s brand identity, ensuring the quality of marketing materials and consistent messaging across all platforms.

Manage the lifecycle of marketing programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize the ROI of future marketing program efforts.

Partner with sales, product, support, and other department leaders to ensure cohesive cross-functional messaging and program execution.

Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance digital marketing effectiveness for SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. 

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.

Selection Criteria – Essential

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

8 – 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 3 – 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of managing teams and successful campaign programs.

Highly organized with strong project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills.

Ideal candidate is based in EST.

Selection Criteria - Desired

Experience working in the legal industry with interests in IT/software.

Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and 6sense.

Experience with events, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
