Electrical Project Manager

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job:

This role is responsible for ensuring safety awareness, driving both top and bottom-line financial performance, overseeing project assignments and closeouts, and strategically leading staff within the Special Projects Group. Responsibilities include recruiting field employees and managers, managing high-level strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring proper resourcing for projects. The candidate must possess a Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor’s License.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred
  • 8 or more years construction and/or account management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in the use of company-specific applications and software
  • Field operations experience in the construction industry
