MUST HAVE UKG PRO ExperienceAbout the Role: The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and integrating new partner companies into our HRIS. Your expertise in HRIS administration and compliance will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. This position works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and reports to the People Operations Manager.About Us: Legacy Service Partners (LSP) is a leading platform of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service providers across the United States. LSP is backed by Gridiron Capital, a private equity firm specializing in middle market facilities services companies.Key Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain our UKG Pro HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security with a focus on employee and manager self-service.• Responsible for system and data field configuration and architecture setup ensuring scalability and consistency for a growing organization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and partner integrations.• Lead efforts on HRIS/HCM system module implementations including recommendations on best practices.• Translate technical system implementation into actionable training for employees and managers.• Lead integration efforts of acquired companies to transition to UKG HCM platform.• Train People Team members and partner company users on system usage and best practices.• Own both routine and complex reporting using HRIS business intelligence platform• Responsible for data cleaning and rationalization of data in reporting to provide accurate insights for decision-making.• Identify areas for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and workflows within HRIS functions and recommend solutions.• Lead system testing, implementation, and training for new HRIS initiatives.• Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.• Support People Team on required data for various compliance-related audits and filings.• Maintain system and user access security.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.• 5+ years of proven experience in HRIS administration, data reporting, and system implementation.• 3+ years of enterprise UKG system implementation and administration experience.• Knowledge of HR laws (multi-state), regulations, and compliance requirements.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.• Prior experience in leading projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Interpersonal Qualifications:• Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.• Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small.• Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.• Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.Why You’ll Want to Work Here:• Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics• Performance Pay directly tied to results – Get what you deserve• Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options• Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match• Speed and scale – Work with a company that operates at the speed of a start up with the investment backing of institutional investors• We invest in your future – leadership training that directly results into bigger career opportunities• Learn on the job – continuous education stipends availableLegacy Service Partners (LSP) is a leading platform of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service providers across the United States.
