As a People Experience (HR) Executive at TrustedHousesitters, based in the lovely Brighton and Hove, you'll immerse yourself in an exciting role that enhances the employee journey from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on HR and operational administration, collaborating closely with our People Experience and Talent Acquisition managers to ensure every new team member receives a warm welcome. You'll handle everything from drafting offer letters and streamlining the onboarding process to supporting recruitment efforts and managing our Applicant Tracking System. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and keep employee records up to date.
