Operational Support Analyst

Description Leidos National Security Sector’s Engineering, Integration and Operations (EIO) Division is looking for an Operational Support Analyst to support the administration and maintenance of the Intelligent Logistics Platform. In this role you will help manage systems infrastructures, implementing best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications, configuration of... virtual systems, and backup and recovery of IT infrastructure, and user management. Primary Responsibilities • Support duties may include updating and supporting systems by tuning performance, allocating storage space, implementing critical patches, reviewing systems performance logs to identify anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and user management. • Support customer care and outreach for Help Desk support and problem solving. • Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. May assist other technical staff with tasks and assignments. • Enhance Leidos best practices, lessons learned, and technological approaches to research, design, and develop innovative solutions. Basic Qualifications • Master's Degree with less than 2 years’ experience in a Science, Engineering, or Technology field or Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years’ experience. • Prior technical roles within similar organizations with growing duties and responsibilities • Experience in product development in AWS Cloud ECM environment, system administration management, and end-user capabilities • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a virtual team environment. • Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AWS DevOps, Python, React, Full Stack Deverloper highly desired • Experience with working Government entities desired • Prior technical roles within similar organizations Original Posting Date 2024-07-08 While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
