Growth & Ops Intern

We’re looking for an intern to help drive growth and operations across the business. In this role, you’ll execute growth play books, develop new strategies, and help build Leland’s growth engine. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own growth channels and metrics and drive tangible results for the business.

  • Relentlessly execute and do what is needed to win.

  • Build and scale growth playbooks and become a world class expert over your areas of ownership.

  • Test, innovate, and try new things to help Leland constantly improve at growth efforts.

  • Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive real growth across channels.

  • Use data and analytics to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance.

Your skills & experience:

  • Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Product, or VC.

  • Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders.

  • A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy.
