Job Description

We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive leads, nurturing opportunities, and conversion. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in changing our digital landscape and helping us stay ahead. Where you are part of a team of Online Marketing specialists and directly interact with various business teams and (online) marketers around the globe. You are responsible for optimizing and maintaining the lead process, from the first contact to the handover to sales, follow up on the KPIs in consultation with the clusters and sales department for the greatest possible sales opportunity. Together with the rest of the online marketing team you ensure that local marketers have sufficient knowledge and resources to execute the digital initiatives in their countries.

Your expertise comes from online marketing, and you are responsible for optimizing and maintaining the lead process from lead generation, to nurturing and conversion to sales to drive business growth and improve customer experience. You take responsibility for identifying new digital trends and ensure that our Marketing Automation tech stack is state of the art.

You deal with various stakeholders such as our cluster teams and the different business teams. In this role you report to the Online Marketing Manager within Lely International.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies and manage workflows to drive lead generation, nurturing and initiatives for conversion by segmentation and personalization strategies to improve customer journey efficiency.
  • Create automated lead nurturing programs, implement scoring models, and track engagement metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
  • Manage the product(s) backlog and drive (agile) sprints and projects ensuring that our development backlog is transparent, visible, and understood
  • Ensure that our Marketing Automation tech stack is state of the art. Collaborate with our architects and experts.
  • Acting as a point of contact for our external agency
  • Providing hands-on support  and training to the clusters and other stakeholders with online knowledge (and where necessary implementation) based on the online policy, with the aim of enabling them to make optimal use of online marketing resources.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented specialist with a passion for online marketing who wants to contribute to a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future in farming. Further:

  • Having a minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing automation, email marketing or similar online marketing role, where you also gained experience with prioritizing and managing a product backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and database management.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools) and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and bring creative ideas
  • Eager to learn and strive for the best possible results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English. You are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

  • A salary scale ranging from 3950 to 4900 euros gross per month based on knowledge and experience, with an additional 8% holiday allowance.
