Your role will involve driving maximum financial recovery by overseeing the cancellation of outstanding warranty agreements. You’ll set ambitious recovery targets and maintain progress reports, ensuring we stay on track. Your organizational skills will shine as you create standardized templates to streamline cancellation requests and coordinate communication with our dealership partners. We value independent and critical thinkers, so your ability to gather data and identify areas for process improvements will be crucial. With your 2+ years of experience in auto dealerships or warranty sectors, you’ll leverage your strong communication skills to converse with various stakeholders.
