PLEASE NOTE: The SEM Analyst will be required to be located in or near Seattle, WA and in office Tuesday-Thursday. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. THE POSITION Execute strategies and initiatives to increase paid search traffic and revenue. Responsible for managing paid search campaigns for LendingTree 's Insurance Division. This person will directly handle account management, placements, ads and bidding under the direction of the team manager. They will also work with the product, creative, growth marketing and analytics teams to launch and track landing page conversion funnel and creative tests, while contributing to the overall direction and monetization of the assigned vertical markets. RESPONSIBILITIES Full funnel search marketing: ads, bids, landing pages, keyword research & reporting. Ownership of the direction, optimization, spend, and P&L of specific campaigns in the online lead aggregation space. Run reporting and communication of results/ideas within the marketing and product teams. Working closely with product/tech teams to streamline and optimize the consumer experience and conversion funnels for specific products and sites to be marketed. Demonstrate internal and external capabilities to drive adoption of machine learning-based approaches to improve marketing efficiency. Research and communication of the competitive landscape for specific products to be marketed, including: landing page and conversion funnel paths, as well as insight into competitors' impact on our volume, cost and performance in the paid search space. Daily management of bids, spend and ROAS/CPA. Ongoing testing and optimization of visitor experiences, including ad messaging, landing pages, while working closely with the product and analytics teams. Ongoing account optimization, including structure & targeting improvements (geo, demographic, day-parting, keyword and URL), search query mining, keyword expansion, advanced use of negative keywords, and improvement of bid management processes and algorithms. Meet all ongoing reporting requirements as needed to keep general managers and peers informed as appropriate. Work closely with vendors to ensure appropriate support, and to stay on top of product releases and new available features. Conduct competitive analysis, prepare reports on findings, and share the results with others. QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years of experience executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing with a proven ability to improve KPIs. Extensive experience using automated bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions, Rule Based Bidding etc). Advanced knowledge of Excel. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI and SQL is a plus. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Be self-motivated, able to execute effectively communicate on new ideas and see projects through start to finish. Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing. COMPANY This position is open to candidates based in the Seattle or Denver area with a hybrid work schedule of three days per week in office (Tues-Thurs and two days WFH). We are not offering relocation support at this time. THE POSITION To meet business demands we are growing our Tech team. We have a new position for a Sr. Software Engineer on our team that owns development and support of applications used by our clients and staff to deliver and manage existing and new Call Center products. The ideal candidate has a passion for building maintainable and scalable applications, solving problems, and delighting customers and business partners. You can break down complex problems and you design elegant, easy-to-maintain solutions that are resilient and robust. You are comfortable working in an existing codebase and have the judgment to make necessary changes to existing code while managing risk. You also can gather requirements from business managers, gain insight into business processes, and communicate ideas clearly to team members to support multi-person projects and offshore teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate code quality and delegate work for our offshore resources. Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and web applications. Products may include user interfaces, integrations with third party APIs and new or existing databases. Support existing applications including troubleshooting, bug fixing, required upgrades and modifications to existing functionality. Work with business partners to define/clarify project requirements and acceptance criteria, define success metrics for features to be delivered. Participate in support on-call rotation. QUALIFICATIONS Strong background in computer science, engineering, or mathematics. Experience developing on cloud platforms. 5 years developing applications with C#, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (Vue /Angular/react), HTML/CSS. Experience developing business applications using SQL Server or other RDBMS databases. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices such as SOLID principles and design patterns. Development experience under an agile development methodology and process Strong written and oral communication, documentation and interpersonal skills. Experience with unit testing and writing unit testable code.
