Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel at LevelTen Energy in Madrid, your main responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and interpreting various commercial contracts. To qualify for the Legal Counsel position at LevelTen Energy, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably as in-house counsel or at a leading law firm. Significant experience in renewable energy projects is essential, along with the ability to offer business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and preferably Spanish, along with admission to practice law in Spain, are also mandatory.

LevelTen Energy values legal experience in commercial contract negotiations, particularly within the renewable energy sector. Experience with SaaS agreements and work with venture-backed startups is considered a strong plus.
