As the Head of Legal at Zeal Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal strategies and ensuring that our operations are in full compliance with the ever-evolving regulations in the fintech industry. You will lead a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support across various departments while remaining proactive in managing legal risks and opportunities.

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our legal strategies, ensuring our operations adhere to rapidly changing regulations. Your expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance will be essential as you provide invaluable advice to our executive leadership and cross-departmental teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract negotiations, managing our relationships with external legal advisors, and enforcing compliance policies throughout the organization. We're also excited about your ability to foster a culture of compliance by delivering training and updates to our employees. With at least 8 years of legal experience—particularly in the fintech sector—you’ll lead a team in navigating complex legal matters and proactively addressing potential risks.
