This role is open across multiple office locations, including the firm's virtual office, The Link. You will collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, handling complex patent litigation and other intellectual property matters.What You'll DoLead with Purpose: Manage patent litigation and other IP litigation matters, including trade secrets and related cases.Analyze and Innovate: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist in developing case strategies.Collaborate for Success: Work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results for clients in diverse industries.Deliver Excellence: Provide expert counsel to clients while navigating challenging litigation scenarios.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 3-6 years of IP litigation experience, including patent litigation. Experience with trade secret matters is preferred but not required.Education: JD with excellent academic credentials.Bar Admission: Active bar license in the state of residence or willingness to obtain one promptly.Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and committed to innovation, community engagement, and diversity.Your SkillsetLitigation Expertise: Proven ability to manage patent litigation cases and other IP litigation matters.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and articulate legal strategies tailored to client needs.Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build effective client and team relationships.Adaptability: Comfortable handling diverse and high-stakes cases in a fast-paced environment.What's in It for You?Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $215,000 to $260,000 in select markets (Denver, Los Angeles, Oakland, Washington, DC), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
