We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager for a temp-to-hire position located in Oakbrook, IL. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills, with a preference for candidates with experience in supply chain management. If you are a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.• Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.• Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and financial models using advanced Excel functions.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes.• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize financial performance and improve processes.• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role.• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.• Experience with supply chain management is a plus.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Pay Details: $48.00 to $53.00 per hourSearch managed by: Chelsea MuttonBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
