As a Child Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you'll primarily provide outpatient care to children and adolescents, focusing on medication management as well as therapy. You'll be an essential part of our clinical team, collaborating with other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. This role also involves conducting assessments, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

To qualify for the Child Psychiatrist position at LifeStance Health, you must be fully licensed to practice in Oklahoma, board-certified or board-eligible, and hold an unencumbered DEA license. Experience in both medication management and therapeutic practices is required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and their families.

LifeStance Health offers a competitive compensation range for Child Psychiatrists, from $280,000 to $370,000+, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
