Full-Time Clinical Supervisor - Community Programs

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provisions of comprehensive clinical services and case management for community programs. Clinical Supervisors are expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of Community Programs and demonstrates a commitment to services and values of the agency. The Clinical Supervisor reports directly to the Program Manager/and or Director.

  1. LCSW, LMFT, or Psy.D State of California license, or LPCC or with six semester units or nine quarter units focused specifically on the theory and application of marriage and family therapy in each license renewal cycle.
  2. Four years full time clinical experience in a comparable mental health setting, two years post-licensure. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
  3. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.

Competitive Salary: $95,000-$110,000 per year.

$1,000 Signing Bonus: Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
