Sr. Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Lightcast, you'll facilitate our entire product development cycle. You will continuously build on your understanding of our customers' challenges in creating future-ready organizations and the uses of labor market data in that context. You'll talk to our customers to empathize with their needs. You’ll validate opportunities for new capabilities and collaboratively define simple, elegant, and practical solutions. You will partner with data and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver new capabilities. You’ll work with marketing and sales to launch new products and capabilities. Finally, you’ll gather data and feedback to drive future iteration and improvement.


Major Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision. 
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Analyze customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape requirements and features.
  • Drive product innovation and ensure our products remain competitive and relevant within the market.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
  • Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of five years of product management experience
