About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Integrations to lead the design and strategy of integrations between our CMMS platform and ERP/other third-party systems. This role is responsible for defining best practices, mapping workflows, and creating scalable, reusable integration frameworks that our technical team will execute.

What You'll Do in the Role

  • Lead the architecture and strategy for integrations between our CMMS platform and external systems.

  • Engage with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand integration requirements and define use cases.

  • Design and document integration workflows that ensure seamless data exchange and automation.

  • Create standardized, reusable and scalable integration templates to accelerate customer onboarding.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations are implemented as designed.

  • Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms to optimize efficiency.

  • Monitor and improve integration performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, integrations, or enterprise architecture.

  • Deep understanding of system workflows and process mapping (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).

  • Familiarity with iPaaS and low-code tools (Workato, Make.com, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.).

  • Understanding of API-based integrations, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML).

  • Experience working with ERP, CMMS, or SaaS integrations is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions.
