We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely within Europe


Your mission with us:

Working hand in hand with our marketing team, you will lead growth initiatives to help us acquire more students through product initiatives. Responsible for student onboarding, the trial experience, early student engagement. This also includes pricing and subscription engine functionality and management.  This role will report to the Head of Product  and is pivotal for Lingoda as we scale our people, business and products.


Initiatives could include, improving our trial experience, helping our students start their language learning journey, launching new subscription options, adding new languages to our offering, pricing engine enhancements and much more as we develop new opportunities for growth.


Your team team will include engineers, QA, product design and be supported by user research and product analytics.


Your tasks:
  • Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with Lingoda’s growth goals and market trends, working closely with a team of Engineers, Designers, Analysts and Marketing
  • Leading end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
  • Enhance conversion rates by cultivating a culture of experimentation that prioritizes learning quickly through A/B testing, MVP launches, and iterative design
  • Identify and implement growth levers and growth loops to sustainably scale customer acquisition and amplify business impact.
  • Optimizing the customer journey across key touch points, including the sign up flow, free trial and onboarding journey to increase customer conversion
  • Pricing Model & Subscription Management, in collaboration with our Pricing team, implementing dynamic subscription models that adapt to market fluctuations and customer behaviour
  • Own team metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals, continuously measuring progress and refining the customer journey
  • Communicating product progress, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and building strong working relationship


You bring to Lingoda
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • B2C high growth scale up preferably in a subscription business
  • Experience with pricing and subscription engines and payment providers
  • Experience working with Marketing and growth teams on growth initiativesExceptional project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
