Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, Marketplace Performance for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS). This person will partner closely with senior R&D leaders to craft our long-term term strategy, drive focus efforts on top priorities and shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight, analytical rigor, synthesized communication; and have experience with executive partnership, leading transformational initiatives, and team leadership that empowers and develops our talented employees.
The role is highly cross-functional, blending strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions within LinkedIn’s R&D team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.
This role will report to LinkedIn’s Senior Director of LSS Strategic Finance.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $237,000.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
