We are looking for an Account Executive to join the growth engine of the talent solutions business. As a Talent Solutions Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies. Your target customers will be enterprise businesses that have not yet adopted our talent and learning solutions. This means you will have a unique opportunity to influence their talent strategy and make a lasting impact on their business.
The Talent Solutions Account Executive role is a fast-paced one that will allow you to quickly develop consultative sales skills. Each day, you will speak to prospective customers across a range of functions and verticals. We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset who is excited by the challenge of a high-volume sales role. The role offers excellent training, regular coaching from sales leaders, and the opportunity to further your career within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Maximize business opportunities by uncovering customer challenges and aligning them to LinkedIn’s full range of hiring and learning solutions
Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your book of business/territory
Develop compelling prospecting messaging to engage an array of potential buyers
Prospect daily to strategically build pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects
Run a number of short-term pilots to prove value of our solutions, while managing customers
Commit to improving performance by being open to coaching and continuous feedback
Act with integrity and with the interest of LinkedIn and its members in mind
Minimal travel may be required to team events and/or customer meetings where appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of applicable sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in solution-based selling
Eager to work in fast paced sales environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize according to business opportunity
Excellent pipeline management skills
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and educate prospects
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data and storytelling to inform decision making and persuade others
Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $148,000 - $225,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
