About the Role:
LinkedIn is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking VP of Global Benefits to lead the strategic design, execution, and oversight of innovative global benefits programs for our ~18,000 employees across 23 countries. This key leadership role will drive a competitive advantage for LinkedIn by delivering an exceptional employee experience through personalized benefits, impactful wellness programs, and unique perks that attract top talent and enhance employee engagement. LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is US $254,000 to US $411,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
