As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist who is tech-savvy and eager to contribute to our fast-paced environment. 


Position Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's operations and initiatives. You will utilize your expertise in ADP and your ability to quickly develop HR processes to streamline our workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and professional development within a thriving industry. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Manage all aspects of ADP, including employee records management, and system configuration. 

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. 

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. 

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. 

Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary. 

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our HR processes. 


Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the home improvement or retail industry. 

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms is required. 

Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise HR documents. 

Tech-savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software applications. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively. 

Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making in HR-related matters.
