As a People Technology & Operations Associate, you’ll play a hybrid role at the intersection of People Ops and IT—supporting employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, managing systems, devices, domains, and streamlining workflows. You’ll do it all with a solutions-first mindset, making life better for team members behind the scenes.

✅ Automate people workflows across HRIS, help desk, and onboarding platforms.
✅ Use AI tools to enhance communication, reporting, and internal documentation.

🛠 What You’ll Do

🎯 People Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, provisioning accounts and devices.
  • Coordinate benefits, HRIS updates, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Support engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Maintain personnel records, compliance documentation, and knowledge bases.

💻 IT & Systems Administration

  • Resolve IT help desk tickets and handle first-line tech troubleshooting.
  • Manage Google Workspace users, software licenses, and device inventory.
  • Support domain management and DNS routing.
  • Oversee MDM and light AV equipment support for collaboration spaces.

⚙️ Process Optimization & Automation

  • Build and refine SOPs, automate workflows via Zapier or Make.
  • Help implement scalable systems for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience metrics.

Technical Experience

  • 1–3 years in HR coordination, IT support, or office operations.
  • Familiar with ADP TotalSource, Google Admin Console, HRIS systems.
