As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives by managing content updates, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong aesthetic sense to grow within a global marketing team.
Website and content management
Publish and update website pages and blogs, ensuring content accuracy and consistency
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize website content for SEO
Campaign tracking and reporting
Pull data from analytics platforms, gather insights from team members across key Marketing functions and aggregate into weekly, monthly and quarterly performance trackers and reports.
Email marketing and lead management
Build and schedule marketing emails, ensuring correct formatting and branding
Clean, format, and upload leads lists into our marketing systems
Project and task coordination
Maintain and organize the marketing team’s Asana board, ensuring tasks are up to date and properly assigned
Assist in coordinating projects across internal teams and external agencies
Internal communications
Compile and update the internal marketing newsletter to keep stakeholders informed of key updates
General marketing support
Assist with various marketing initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Highly organized with a strong ability to keep projects, tasks, and details structured and on track
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in everything from formatting emails to updating website content
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), email marketing tools, and project management software (Asana)
Strong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain visual consistency across marketing materials
Energetic, proactive, and able to take initiative to keep projects moving forward
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
