Creative & Digital Communications Manager

About the role...

Do you dream in hashtags, obsess over analytics, and live for beautifully crafted content? Are you equal parts creative visionary and strategic thinker? Great. Keep reading, because this might just be your dream gig.

We are looking for a Creative & Digital Communications Manager A.K.A. The Social Media Maestro, Marketing Magician and All-Around Comms Wizard; someone who will craft and steer our bold and brilliant CP social media strategy.

What you'll be rocking out on:

  • Work with HoDs to define and agree internal social media KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing leads to cook up and develop the wider Digital Marketing strategy and deliver the plan
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content to make data-driven decisions for future content creation
  • Manage and be the coach, mentor, and cheerleader for our amazing marketing team
  • Deliver high quality, slick and clear reports for stakeholders
  • Proactively drive regular communication on issues and progress with stakeholders
  • Lead relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Develop and implement processes to scale social media comms across the firm

You’ll be a top team player: There’ll be lots of other work we need along the way too. And, as with most of the above, a big stack of it will happen by working together.

About you...

At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

What you’ll bring to the table as a Digital Communications Manager:

  • A mind for marketing and a heart for creativity
  • A degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field (bonus points, not deal-breakers)
  • A proven track record of launching creative or digital campaigns that turn heads
  • Leadership skills that inspire
  • Strong knowledge of ‘agile’ working principles
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and digital data analytics tools, content management systems and social media platforms
  • SEO-savvy and content smart – you know how to get seen and heard
  • Commercial knowledge and budgeting? You’ve got that covered too
  • More bonus points: you dabble in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite

  • Became B Corp Certified in 2023 and we’re still the UK’s largest accountancy B Corp, measuring and improving our impact beyond business for a brighter tomorrow
  • Achieved 6 awards at the Inspiring Workplace Awards in 2024, against all businesses of all sizes in the UK and Ireland. We were recognised as “Best-in-class” for Inspiring Culture and Purpose, Wellbeing, Employee Voice and Employee Experience

What's in it for you?

  • Volunteering opportunities to work closer with local communities and charities
  • Cooper Parry social/sports clubs

Feeling supported and welcomed is such a big part of bringing your whole self to work. As an equal opportunities employer, we’ll work with you to ensure you have everything you need to develop your skills and achieve your best.

Get in touch if you have any questions about our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion or about accessibility/accommodations during your application process.
