We are seeking an experienced and visionary QA Manager to lead our growing Quality Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of quality in a fast-growing organization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence across multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, and web. You will define and execute a long-term quality strategy while building scalable processes, tools, and teams that can support rapid growth.
Develop and implement a forward-looking QA strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Establish a Center of Excellence to standardize processes, tools, and best quality assurance practices.
Drive innovation in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and performance testing to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Design robust systems for end-to-end quality assurance across all platforms (desktop, mobile, web).
Integrate QA processes seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable fast and reliable software delivery.
Define and track key quality metrics to measure quality and product reliability.
Build and grow a high-performing QA team by recruiting top talent and nurturing professionals at varying levels of seniority.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Mentor team members to develop their technical skills and leadership capabilities while aligning them with organizational goals.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as an advocate for quality across the organization, influencing decision-making at all levels.
Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within high-growth or scale-up environments.
Expertise in building scalable QA processes, automation frameworks, and tooling for multi-platform systems.
Strong technical background.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing testing processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
