Objectives of this Role

 As the Head of UX/UI, you will collaborate closely with the team to bring Robyn’s vision to life through compelling brand design and intuitive user experiences. Your role is pivotal in designing seamless UX/UI flows for all Robyn applications, fostering engagement and driving user satisfaction.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Design Leadership: Develop and execute Robyn’s brand design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across all platforms.

  • User Experience: Create intuitive and engaging UX/UI flows for all Robyn applications, optimizing for usability and delight.

  • Collaboration with Development: Work closely with developers to deliver dev-friendly designs that are easily and efficiently implemented.

  • Agile Execution: Operate with speed and flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and insights.

  • Brand Building: Translate Robyn’s vision into a visually viral and emotionally resonant brand experience.

  • Product Sense: Leverage a strong understanding of user needs and product dynamics to craft designs that drive engagement and retention.

Experience & Qualifications

  • UX/UI Expertise: Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and engaging designs.

  • Agility and Execution: Demonstrated ability to move quickly, iterate effectively, and execute with precision.

  • Brand Visionary: Track record of creating a viral brand identity that resonates with users.

  • Developer Collaboration: Experience working closely with development teams to deliver designs that are both creative and practical to implement.

  • Product Intuition: Strong product sense, with an ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences.

  • Startup Experience: Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $115K - $130K annual salary depending on experience
