The M3 EU Central Services HR department plays an integral role in the operations of the company by providing professional and timely service to a number of M3 subsidiaries. The HR team supports the entire employment cycle, ensuring that effective employee hiring, professional development, retention and engagement strategies are deployed. The HR Director position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategy and execution in designated business units within M3 Europe operations. The HR Director will work closely with M3 EU leadership, managers and employees and proactively support day to day HR operations of the assigned groups.
