Your work will include coaching team members, capturing and reporting metrics, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery on sprint goals. You will work closely with your team and Product Manager/Owner and peer Scrum Masters to support Sprint and Release Planning, foster team self-awareness, encourage cross-training, decision-making and continuous improvements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a team. The team will work in a medium volume of priority efforts and understand their impact to the bottom line shortly after implementation.• Lead the scrum team in moderate complexity work streams. Oversee scrum process and coach the teams on how to use scrum and Agile practices and methodology.• Influence and collaborate with others to drive continuous improvement. Advocate for transparency, inspection, and adaption.• Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, Agile Release Train (ART) sync meetings to ensure full team engagement.
