Recruiting Coordinator

Compensation: $2500-3000 USD/month

Type of Work: Full-Time Contractor

Location: Remote in Mexico, Argentina, or Columbia, working for a US-based company

Why this role exists

The Recruiting Coordinator is foundational to the success of Mahway’s talent team. They will help ensure the recruiting function runs smoothly, enabling efficient, high-quality hires for Mahway and its Portfolio Companies.

Required Experience

• 2-3 years of experience supporting recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment or experience as a virtual assistant in a startup environment

• Experience with modern productivity and communication platforms and tools

• Experience with ATS, CRM, or similar systems

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Bonus if…

• You have experience with Notion, Ashby, Process Street

• You have experience with creating simple dashboards or general experience collecting and analyzing performance metrics

• You are tech savvy with the ability to learn new software platforms and troubleshoot tech problems for team members
