  • Fully dedicated to ensuring a positive talent and employee experience through all employee journeys, from onboarding to offboarding processes (talent conversations, talent hardware and email setup, talent feedback, etc).
  • Managing HR Analytics, being a point person to drive reporting (headcount, attrition, retention), analytics and suggestions around metrics.
  • Establish, execute and maintain internal HR processes and policy portals while continuously changing the infrastructure, programmes and initiatives.
  • Owning and managing all talent aspects of a talent lifecycle (e.g., - inquiries, including expenses process, office-related access, leave entitlement, talent benefits, etc.)
  • Assist with employee-related applications, including but not limited to work passes, contract preparation and start date synergies.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable resources aligned with the government requirements.

  • Strong communication skills for regular verbal and written communication across the company.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success by not letting the BAU distract you from success.
  • Hyper-organised and able to take initiative when bringing solutions to the table.
  • Positive mindset, critical thinker with problem-solving skills, requiring little supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
