Pay Rate: $ 25.00 – $ 26.10/hr.MANAGER MUST HAVES:• Scheduling experience• Strong attention to detailCore Responsibilities:• Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses• Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process• Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters• Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed• Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required• Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of schedulingRequirements• HS diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred• Minimum 3 years of direct scheduling experience; talent acquisition or staffing experience preferred• Advanced calendar management required• Excellent communication skills required• Ability to utilize multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, excel, word, outlook and interview scheduling technology• Excellent organization skills; strong attention detail• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks• Ability to maintain confidentiality requiredCompensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
