The Team:
The Mattel Global Consumer Products team manages licensed product development around the world for Mattel brands.
The Opportunity:
The Regional Creative Manager is our regional lead on all things Creative for Licensing and product development for Mattel!
This role collaborates with the Regional Business Teams to tailor, customize, and translate global CP creative strategies & assets for each region/market. This position collaborates with the Global Creative team on trends and needs for their region, and provides the needed creative assets for regional programs. The role partners with the Regional Business team to pitch new business and drive product development/ programs. This includes deck design, collaborating on marketing/advertising hooks, mocking up necessary visuals, inspiring collections and product, providing feedback and creative approvals. The role maintains communication with priority licensees and the global creative team to ensure successful execution of the product line.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $101,600 and $147,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
