We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Portland and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly innovative AI Video Creator & Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to redefine creative visual design and editing. You should be able to embrace outside-the-box problem-solving and possess a deep curiosity about the intersection of art, technology, and human imagination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • AI-Driven Design: Utilize AI tools (e.g., generative design software, AI editing platforms) to conceptualize and create unique visuals.

  • Content Creation & Editing: Design, edit, and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, marketing materials, product interfaces, and more.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Approach design challenges with a solution-first mindset, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and optimize creativity.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI technologies, visual trends, and tools to incorporate into the creative process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in graphic design, visual editing, or similar roles, with demonstrated expertise in AI-driven design tools.

  • Expertise in the full Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro and After Effects.

  • Familiar with AI tools such as Mid Journey, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Eleven Labs, Luma Dream Machine, Veo, Sora, etc.

  • Applicants without AI work in their portfolio/reel will not be considered for the position.

Marketing Architects is an All-Inclusive TV agency that gives performance brands access to high-quality, effective TV campaigns without the traditional high entry cost and ongoing challenges of optimization, scale, and measurement. Founded in Minneapolis, Marketing Architects has been helping companies connect with their customers in new and inspiring ways for more than 25 years.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
