Marketing Assistant
Looking for a highly motivated individual to support and help grow our social, PR, brand marketing and organic influencer programs. Responsibilities will include daily support, tracking and organization across team functions. They will serve as the marketing and strategic support for these categories both within the organization and to external functional partners. They will be responsible for execution and reporting in their key areas of ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Track all gifting and press photoshoot pulls and loans in Marketing gifting budget.
- Scheduling courier pickups and deliveries for gifting, Alist showroom and photoshoots.
- Pull and send photos for inbound PR requests and upcoming collections
- Monitor and stay abreast of influencer trends and new individuals in the social space to grow Ref's share of voice.
- Deck creation for various brand initiatives
- Project management and ownership over special initiatives
- Work across the marketing org to support cross-functional team meetings and organizational needs like meeting scheduling, agenda creation, and recaps.
What You'll Need:
- Ideally has 1-2+ years minimum of experience in brand marketing, public relations, affiliate and/or influencer management.
- Displays an understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand, our products, customer and sustainable mission.
- Experience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale.
- A strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners in order to oversee and help execute projects effectively and to completion.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects against deadlines.
- Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.
- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
- Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
