Sales Operations Analyst

This is a remote position. We are a global team that leverages the latest technology to communicate with our colleagues across the globe. There may be times in which this role would be required to travel to a local office for in person collaborations with your team.

Being a Sales Operations Analyst at iManage Means…

You will leverage your strong analytical skills to organize, extract and present data from our current systems to best inform our sales strategy and provide increased visibility into our customer portfolio and lead landscape.

iM Responsible For...

  • Performing data clean-up, field mapping and workflow analysis for the enhanced data integrity and optimization
  • Standardized sales reporting and analysis, both regularly scheduled and ad hoc cycles
  • General Salesforce administration in support of process and platform optimization
  • Process ownership and evaluation for workstreams supporting the sales teams and sales cycles
  • Support request review and resolution on inquiries coming from sales teams, or other departments within the organization
  • Collaboration with functional roles within the Sales Ops team, to include Sales Enablement and broader sales support efforts
  • Partnership with Business Development team on reporting and process optimization
  • Collaboration with the Finance team on data and processes impacting sales bookings and revenue recognition
  • Enhancements to existing Salesforce dashboards for improved visibility and decision-support for Sales Leadership
  • Review of Salesforce data to enforce user discipline and consistent opportunity management

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance and a demonstrated proficiency of Excel and data analytics.
  • The confidence and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders across a global organization, both within and outside of the sales team.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to take complex technical concepts and translate them for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with systems and tools such as SFDC, Clari, PowerBI and Outreach is a plus.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
  • The ability to learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs.
