In this dynamic role, you will be managing key accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and uncovering innovative IT solutions that align with our clients’ needs. Your days will be filled with building strong, lasting relationships with your assigned clients while also serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations. You will have the opportunity to ensure client satisfaction by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. We seek someone who can achieve assigned sales targets through upselling and cross-selling our exciting IT services and solutions. Along the way, you’ll get to collaborate with fantastic internal teams to prepare and present compelling proposals that showcase our offerings. To thrive in this role, you’ll develop strategic account plans aimed at reaching revenue goals while regularly monitoring account performance to provide insightful updates to management. It’s all about collaboration for you—you'll work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and will contribute valuable market insights that help inform our product development. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a solid track record of at least 3 years in account management or IT sales, we want to hear from you.
