Job Title:Product Manager - Technical II, Marketing Technology-1Overview:Product Manager - Technical II would be responsible for the following activities:• Developing product strategy that defines roadmap objectives, derived from business needs, regional market opportunities, and technology trends• Using the Working Backwards method, decomposing business requirements and customer experiences into features and user stories that drive the product roadmap• Works with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind business requirements• Effectively articulating requirements with engineering teams and business partners• Acts as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the product roadmapResponsibilities• Coordinates across stakeholders to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities• Elicits and decomposes business requirements into user stories and technical requirements• Contributes to defining the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories• Recommends trade-off decisions on product features /backlog items based on data/insights• Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by engineering teams• Makes use of user research, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the product and business needs and to inform the backlog• Coordinates with interdependent teams on product requirements• Works closely with design on the user experience• Continuously monitors feature development adjusting throughout implementation as needed• Reviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set• Prepares launches and monitors product performance, adoption, and operational health for feature sets• Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature• Stays aligned with GTM plans for the feature set• Identifies issues that will keep the product features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issuesAll About You• Passion for marketing and driving customer impact• A curious problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to inform decision making• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams such as engineering, design, and internal business stakeholders• Ability to articulate requirements to engineering teams• Influence skills to drive results• Experience in product management and creating features that make an impact
