Materials Management Intern - Summer 2023

• Assist Warehouse Team in reviewing and enhancing current processes to streamline receipt of materials and returns
• Ensure smooth transfers of materials between warehouses
• Create SOP for MRB and Returns made to vendor
• Train suppliers on advanced shipment notifications and labeling requirements
• Complete special projects
• Attend meetings to support project work as needed

• Junior or Senior student pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related major
• Great attitude, enthusiastic about working in a warehouse environment and willing to learn Flex policies/procedures on the job
• MS Office Excel (reporting, interpreting and creating graphs), PowerPoint, Outlook + Zoom
• Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with MRB preferred
• Bilingual/Spanish, a plus!

• Available to start on May 30th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for a 10-12 week Summer assignment
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA
