With offices in the UK, US and Spain, we are now thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Hyderabad, India. This marks an exciting milestone in our global expansion, and we are now looking for talented professionals to join us as part of our founding team.


We are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Hyderabad based team.


As a Sales Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by handling routine, repeatable administrative tasks, which are essential for maintain efficient sales operations.


What you will be doing
  • Respond to inquiries and manage routine requests from the sales team.
  • Conduct firmographic research to support Sales with relevant account information.
  • Book standard deals and process account mappings for accurate record-keeping.
  • Perform internal account compliance checks and maintain setup protocols.
  • Verify and manage customer and partner accounts, including status checks and trial extensions to access our product.
  • Process test product license bookings and enable accounts for product access.
  • Support Sales with quote generation, contract renewals, and custom offers.


What we are looking for
  • Administrative experience: previous experience in an administrative role
  • System knowledge: experience using multiple systems to manage tasks - ideally these will include Salesforce 
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and adherence to process guidelines
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Familiarity with Sales Tools: Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong Communication: Clear communicator, able to work well within a team and follow directions
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot routine issues independently
