Maven Clinic is looking for a talented Associate Provider Recruiter to join their team and support provider and care delivery recruiting efforts.

Skills

  • Recruiting experience in health technology or healthcare
  • Sourcing pipelines and top of funnel strategy
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, calibrate, assess and interview provider candidates
  • Assess clinical and technical abilities of prospective providers
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-quality clinicians
  • Manage contracting and onboarding processes for providers
  • Support recruiting operations projects
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Bring innovative ideas to improve provider network growth
