Associate Provider Recruiter
Maven Clinic is looking for a talented Associate Provider Recruiter to join their team and support provider and care delivery recruiting efforts.
Skills
- Recruiting experience in health technology or healthcare
- Sourcing pipelines and top of funnel strategy
- Experience using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Gem
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and resourcefulness
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, calibrate, assess and interview provider candidates
- Assess clinical and technical abilities of prospective providers
- Build a robust pipeline of high-quality clinicians
- Manage contracting and onboarding processes for providers
- Support recruiting operations projects
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Bring innovative ideas to improve provider network growth
