What You’ll Do:

Source Top Talent: Identify and attract candidates using various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Manage the Recruitment Process: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our team.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and build effective strategies to fill open positions.

Promote the Brand: Act as an ambassador for Motor Werks, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates.

Optimize Recruiting Tools: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experiences.

Drive Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of talented candidates and foster an inclusive workplace.


What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in hiring top talent across various roles and departments.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
