Document Fulfillment Specialist

Medical Guardian is a rapidly growing medical alert company seeking a part-time Document Fulfillment Specialist in our center-city Philadelphia office.  The ideal candidate for this role has a detail-oriented approach and can manage their workload independently with a focus on delivering on the commitments of the department.

We are seeking an individual with strong time-management skills who can provide valuable feedback about process changes that will better the team and the organization.  If you thrive working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Days/Hours: 3 days per week from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (22.5 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $17/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Open and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information/documents.
  • Print documents from multiple queues and mail to customers.
  • Print any internal documents required.
  • Receive and process any returned mail.
  • Update customer data in CRM systems based on incoming documents.
  • Receive email correspondence from customers and take necessary actions.
  • Process customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolve discrepancies and return incomplete documents to appropriate parties.
  • Mail returned product to appropriate facilities.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain continuity of all accounts across various systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in typing quicky and accurately.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Results driven.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be willing to be in office.
  • High School/GED required.
