As a Customer Service Representative (TBD) (which we call Credentialing Specialist), you’ll work directly with US Healthcare companies to ensure their providers meet essential regulatory requirements, making quality patient care possible. This role gives you hands-on experience and industry insight with room to grow in both skill and career potential.


Don’t know what healthcare credentialing is? No problem - we’ll train you!

Qualifications

English Proficiency: You’re confident in speaking, writing, and listening in English.
Positive Attitude: You bring energy and teamwork to the table.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills to make smart decisions.
