We’re looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Distribution Center Coordinator with successful experience supervising small teams of hourly associates, preferably in a product distribution environment.  

 

We offer:

  • Great Pay Starting at $18.00/Hr DOE 
  • First Pay Review After 6 Months
  • Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment)
  • Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)
  • Monthly voucher equal to $100/month value - $1,200/year towards free company products including items such as soap, shampoo, laundry products, household cleaning products, and personal care products

Responsibilities

Provides front line leadership, supervision, training, and mentorship to assigned Shipping Associates who perform tasks including picking, packing, auditing, and shipping products for customer orders in a distribution center environment.   Enhances employee relations with assigned team members by communicating effectively with them and encouraging them to develop themselves, thus facilitating effective teamwork.  Oversees productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of distribution line while ensuring compliance with established operational and safety procedures.  Ensures inventory stocks are maintained and line positions are adequately staffed to operate the distribution line.  Maintains records and prepares reports on speed and accuracy of associates compared to established standards and reports to supervisor. 

Qualifications

  • Strong employee relations and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a team.
  • Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly.
