Spanish Speaking Service Desk Associate

Mercier Consultancy is actively looking for a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Associate to join our dedicated team. In this crucial role, you will provide essential technical support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that their service requests and technical issues are handled effectively. Your expertise in both customer service and technology will be vital in helping our clients achieve a seamless experience. If you are enthusiastic about technology and have a passion for helping others, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, offering support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and account services.
  • Document each customer interaction and resolution in the service desk ticketing system.
  • Work closely with other teams to escalate complex issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Provide informative updates to clients regarding the status of their requests.
  • Educate clients on the usage of products and best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on service changes, new technologies, and company offerings to improve support.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Previous experience in a service desk or customer support role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues critically.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management is preferable.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
