Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department for one of our clients! In this essential entry level role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with expert assistance and support regarding their home appliances. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to home appliances
  • Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve our services
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the home appliance industry
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
